Friday when we first heard we may have snow flurries today, I told Megan that she would go in labor today. Because that would definetly be history for her baby book. Not to mention that here Friday it was in the 70's. Because if you have lived in Georgia for very long. Snow is just not something we see often. My youngest daughter is eight and she has yet to see snow. One fellow blogger in Middle Georgia blogged that they actually have a covering of snow. http://englishcottageingeorgia.blogspot.com/ So if your out there and in Georgia. Where is the snow? Just curious as to how far south it has gotten.
We had a tiny bit fall all day yesterday (Sunday). It was enough for Anaston to get to see but nothing to write home about or even take pictures of. Of course it has been 20 years since the last snow that stuck I would have loved to seen it stick & maybe even get a day home from work.
ReplyDeleteI dont know where in the state it was, but im right down the road from you and i know that i didnt care if it stuck or not, just as long as i could see it. i have never seen snow.

We are in Brunswick Ga and only got rain wind and dropping temperatures. Its funny to me to hear people in the south say they want snow. We come down here for the winter to escape it. We have had enough snow to last the rest of our life. Its fun when your a kid (sleding, snowball fights) but when you have to deal with getting to work and digging out of your driveway, crowded stores getting food in for the big blizzard, it gets old real fast. Pretty to look at though!
