TSMSS...................Sometimes Christmas Makes Me Cry

Just a quick update on Linda (my mother-in-law) she should be moved to the rehab floor possibly by Monday.  Her memory is slowly coming back more and more each day, but their not giving much hope for her to regain her sight.  But we know that's not left up to the Doctors.  As she told me Thursday God's timing is not our time and it's all in His hands.
The first song is in memory of my step-father-in-law (Dave)  He had suffered in so much pain for at least a year.  Between the heart problems, COPD, and finally cancer but all that pain is gone now.

Then one of my favorite Christmas songs that goes right along with all that has happened this week.

For more great music join Amy and the others at  Signs, Miracles, and Wonders.

  1. I never heard either of these songs so I thank you for posting them. I've lost several loved ones so these songs have such meaning. I'm continuing to pray for Linda.

    Blessings and love,
    Debbie

  2. I wanted to say how good it is to hear that you mom is law is improving. God is so good and always faithful to his word. It seems that often in the gospels men were healed on the way when Jesus prayed for them. We all want instant, but healing is healing and praise God for it. I will believe with you that this is just the beginning of Linda's recovery as our faithful Lord heals her on the way!

  3. I've missed this song somehow but glad I've discovered it here. It is very true!

"Tears of thankfulness, tears of hope
I cry tears of joy at Christmas cause I know
There is peace on earth for every heart to find
And sometimes Christmas makes me cry"

Thanks again for the shawl! I got it last week but didn't get to keep it long because Maddie decided to take it! She's been sleeping with it ever since! Maybe one of these days she'll let me use it! lol
