There are days that I can't think of anything to blog about, and then there's days that there is several. Like today, there's a recipe, pics of our trip to a pumpkin patch, a couple of awards I recieved over the weekend that I need to pass on, a new giveaway, and a couple of things that are on my heart to pass along so check back everyday. Sausage Corn Muffins
1 10-ounce can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 lb cooked and crumbled roll sausage
Mix corn, eggs, and milk. Add muffin mix, then sausage. Stir just enough to mix well. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
It's a very simple recipe. The recipe calls for a 1/2 lb sausage but I usually use the whole roll.
